Creativity isn’t magic.
It’s work.
At Professionally Creative, I help leaders, artists, and teams treat creativity like a practiced skill, not a personality trait. Together, we build cultures of curiosity where imagination actually shows up in meetings, projects, and strategy, so new ideas can turn into real innovation instead of staying stuck on the whiteboard.
What I Do
I work with people who are building something that matters to them.
That includes business owners, artists, nonprofit leaders, educators, and creative professionals who are trying to make real work in the middle of real constraints. Through consulting and coaching, I help you take complex ideas, strip out the noise, and turn them into clear next steps you can actually move on. If you are stuck on a big decision, launching something new, or rethinking how your team works together, I bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the table.
I don’t do hype or theory for theory’s sake. I work alongside you. I listen closely, ask hard but useful questions, and help you design strategies that fit your values, your goals, and the reality you wake up in every morning. Creativity is a discipline. Together, we build the habits, systems, and frameworks that let it thrive instead of burn out.
Creative Coaching Solutions
Creative Leadership Coaching
Move beyond burnout and back into your own brain.
You don’t need more hustle. You need more room to think. This 1‑on‑1 coaching is for leaders, creatives, and change‑makers who want to reconnect to their purpose, clear the mental fog, and make decisions from curiosity instead of crisis. Sessions are structured, honest, and adaptive, grounded in real strategy and guided by a living creative practice that fits the life you actually have.
Creativity and Play
Serious tools. Delivered through serious play.
These hands‑on workshops help teams unstick their thinking, challenge stale habits, and build real problem‑solving muscles. We use structured play to test ideas, shift perspective, and strengthen collaboration, so people feel safe enough to take creative risks. Participants leave with practical tools, shared language, and repeatable exercises they can put to work the same day.
Group Coaching
Grow with Purpose
These immersive group sessions are for teams and communities who want to unlock collective creativity instead of relying on the loudest voice in the room. We develop shared language around change, practice better ways of working through conflict, and move together through complex challenges. Topics can include narrative development, purpose‑led leadership, fundraising and stakeholder communication, and creative problem solving tailored to the work you are trying to move forward.
Who I am
My name is Jacob Breeden. I’m a husband, a father, a career artist, and an entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades building things that didn’t exist before. My work has lived in museums, festivals, boardrooms, classrooms, and busy public spaces, and all of it is built on a simple belief: creativity is a strategic advantage, not a party trick.
I do my best work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with leaders who are trying to move something real in the world. I help them take what feels bold or unwieldy and turn it into plans, prototypes, and projects that can survive contact with budgets, timelines, and people. For most of my life, I’ve been chasing what comes next and putting it into form through the patient, often unglamorous labor of creative work.
